Billy Kreisberg
Billy Kreisberg is Vice President of Schrayer & Associates, Inc., a political consulting firm based in Washington, D.C. He oversees many of the firm’s client relationships and manages advocacy activities, focusing on strategic planning, advocacy training, and event management. Billy previously served as Director of Customer Services for INSLAW, Inc., a legal software development and management consulting firm, for nearly 20 years. Billy received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Tufts University and earned a Juris Doctor degree from The George Washington University Law School.
Billy has been active in the Jewish community in Washington, D.C. for over 30 years. He served as President of the Edlavitch D.C. Jewish Community Center from 2001-2004 and continues to sit on its Board, where he chairs the Center’s Policy Committee and recently oversaw its strategic planning process. He served on the Board of the Jewish Federation of Greater Washington, where he has held a number of leadership positions, including Vice President of Community and Global Impact, and was a Trustee with the United Jewish Endowment Fund. Billy served on the Board of American Jewish Committee’s Washington Regional Office for over a decade and is now a member of its Advisory Council. He previously served on the Boards of the Jewish Council for Domestic Abuse, Jewish Community Relations Council and George Washington University Hillel.
