the Den Cubs: peer-led community network for parents @ the Den

the Den Cubs is a growing network for parents and young families at the Den to connect, resource share, celebrate Shabbat and Jewish holidays together, and explore local Jewish family programming throughout the community. Drop-in Offerings

Every time we gather for learning, whether on the trail, in a coffee shop, or in a cozy living room, we integrate deep Jewish text study and discussion:

Monthly:

• Active Outdoor Learning Adventures: kayaking, hiking, bike riding, etc.

• Rosh Chodesh Circle: celebrating the new Hebrew month (for everyone)

• Mindfulness + Meditation Classes: Jewish wisdom, guided meditation, and mindfulness skill-building to help us ground, reduce anxiety, and build our capacity to be more present in our lives. Seasonal:

• Healing Our World: Engage with social justice issues in a Jewish framework through learning, advocacy, and action.

• Knead 2 Know: Bake. Learn. Discuss. : A Jewish living + text learning experience, centered around baking challah and other holiday dishes.

• Den Vibes: Havdalah + Singing Circle: A soulful communal gathering of song and spirit with the musicians of our Den Band.
