Katie Spector is deeply passionate about the Den Collective, an organization that has been central to her spiritual and personal growth. As a Jew by Choice, Katie found in the Den Collective in 2019 and hasn't looked back since. She believes in the Den's mission to create a space where individuals can explore and deepen their spirituality in an inclusive and supportive environment. For Katie, the Den Collective is more than just a community—it's a sanctuary where authentic connections are made, where people are encouraged to bring their full selves, and where the richness of Jewish tradition is experienced in a way that is both deeply meaningful and profoundly personal.

Katie's commitment to the Den is driven by her belief in the power of community to transform lives. She is particularly passionate about the Den's ability to bring people together from diverse backgrounds, fostering a sense of belonging and shared purpose. Through her leadership roles, including her tenure as President from 2021 to 2024, Katie has worked tirelessly to ensure that the Den remains a vibrant, welcoming space where everyone feels valued and supported on their spiritual journey.

Katie earned her B.A. in Communications and Media Strategies from Colorado Mesa University and has devoted her career to providing communications and policy services to the military and Veteran community. She currently works as a Human-Centered Design Customer Experience consultant for a D.C.-based consulting firm, is Accredited in Public Relations, and is a certified Prosci-certified Change Management Practitioner.
