The news reports and images from the Hill and the US Capitol building are heart-wrenching. Many of us are in a state of shock, concerned, angry, and saddened by today’s events.  For those of you who live or work close by, I hope you are safe and at home.

It is during moments like these where coming together in community can be incredibly grounding and stabilizing.  In light of today’s events, we will be coming together to check-in and connect as a community, and we will also join in a prayer for peace and the welfare of our nation.
