JCADA created Teal Shabbat as an opportunity to recognize Sexual Assault Awareness Month, and let folks know that our communities are safe spaces. By taking a moment on a Shabbat in April, we hope to educate ourselves, raise awareness, and shine a light on this dark topic. Together, we can make a real difference in the lives of victims and survivors in our midst by showing them we care, and that they are not alone. All are welcome.

We will gather virtually to learn + share, and bring in Shabbat together with blessings over candle-lighting and grapejuice/wine. Register for the zoom below.
