Director of Operations

Rachel Stevens is a passionate advocate for stronger and healthier Jewish communities with over a decade of experience in non-profit management, fundraising, and operations. She earned her undergraduate degree in Communications from Kent State University and went on to receive a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Maryland. Rachel has also dedicated ten years of service on the board of the Hearing Loss Association of America DC chapter, further reflecting her commitment to community involvement and making a meaningful impact.

Rachel’s commitment to community-building and her diverse skill set have empowered her to create impactful solutions within the non-profit sector, always striving to make a difference in the lives of others.

Having relocated from Cleveland to the Greater Washington area 15 years ago, Rachel remains a devoted Cleveland Cavaliers fan. In her spare time, she enjoys staying active with Pure Barre, indulging in her love of baking, and practicing American Sign Language (ASL).
